Step-By-Step Lobby Check-In
- Arrive & Route to 2nd Floor: Upon arrival, please proceed directly up to the second floor of 240 S. La Cienega Blvd.
- Check-In Suite 200: Please perform your official intake registration inside Suite 200 in the main clinic lobby. Our intake nurse will confirm your arrival.
- Transition to Suite 210: Once pre-operative clearances are generated, patients are guided next door to our accredited private operating theater in Suite 210.
Caregiver Release Mandate:
We ask that your caregiver parks and joins you in the clinic to review your post-operative instructions with our nursing staff. A formal physical signature of release is mandatory before departure.
Support Companion & Family Protocols
We frequently suggest that support companions leave the facility for a few hours. Beverly Hills offers excellent dining, shopping, and park options within walking distance.
TLC Patient Update System
Our staff will continuously communicate with your designated companion. When you move into our private recovery suite, a recovery nurse will immediately reach out to your support contact with an updated timeline for discharge.
